The recipes require a lot of ingredients, steps, and time. One year we tried to make a whipped coconut frosting for our son’s cake, and we couldn’t get it to set for the life of me. Every time we search the web for a paleo frosting, we get overwhelmed.
When we frost a cake with this avocado frosting, we hesitate to tell people what it is when they ask, and they always ask. Avocado on top of a cake just doesn’t seem right, but believe me, it is! This is always our go-to frosting that we fall back on every time.
